I can't say enough about how great the people are whom I work with. When I was new, they reached out to make sure I had the help that I needed, and they made it explicit that you will not be made to feel bad asking questions.
The office is incredibly friendly and fun. Every day at lunch, there are usually a game or two going on that you can easily join in on. Regular lunches and office happy hours give you plenty of opportunity to get to know your co-workers in a more personal setting.
The work is challenging, but management sets entirely reasonable expectations. I have been given enough creative liberty to come up with solutions to the problems.
I hope this doesn't sound too cliched, but the leadership is truly inspiring. Talking with them about future plans for our office and for the company makes me want to help bring them to fruition.
My chief complaint is that our office currently does not have an opening for me to refer a former co-worker to.
Other than that, I have no cons. I legitimately look forward to going to work every morning.
