Leadership is doing sneaky things. We were told there would be no layoffs until they started laying off people. Company days off disappeared from the calendar without acknowledgement. Morale is at an absolute low, and leadership doesn't seem to care. They touted the "vital few" and used it as a reason to layoff/restructure, but when we were told what the "vital few" were, it was apparent nothing was changing. Management touts advancement and promotions but keeps coming up with reasons to delay it.
Learn to treat employees as people, and not "bodies to throw at problems."
