DocuSign has a super talented group of employees that also have a strong work ethic. It is a very powerful combination.
This is also true for the Pre-Sales team. We have a team with a wide array of talent, from deep business experience as well as a team of technical folks that know all aspects of the API.
The team is always willing to lend a hand and help each other. We are empowered through to help manage and contribute through all aspects of our opportunities by a fantastic VP.
I have been doing pre-sales work for more than 20 years, and this is my most rewarding stop over my career.
More products to sell. The good news here is this is quickly changing since the VP in charge of product was switched out about 18 months ago.
One other issue is the fact that there still is no matching in the 401K.
