I applied online. The process took two weeks.
- First round: A recruiter phone screen covering my background, projects, and some logistics questions.
- Second round: Two one-hour technical interviews. One was LeetCode-style coding, and the other focused on Salesforce experience, which I actually don't have.
I didn't make it past this round. If I had moved forward, the next stage would have included four interviews covering system design, domain knowledge, and behavioral questions.
