It seemed like a cool process, which returned feedback and was clear about what they were looking for. There were 3 stages:
I did the first one, in which I was informed that the other stages would be in English. I was rusty, so I decided to pay for some lessons to get back into practice. In the second (technical) interview, I did the 4 proposed SQL exercises, arriving at the solution, and I did 1 Python exercise, also arriving at the solution. I discussed and presented my points before starting the development, strictly following everything they considered essential during the preparation.
After two days, I received a generic email, as with all companies, simply informing me that they would not proceed with me. They don't explain the reason (even though they repeatedly emphasized their concern – or pretended concern – in giving feedback to everyone).
They put gigantic pressure on the process, as if it were the process of a FANG or one of those investment funds that think so highly of themselves, who give NASA challenges in their selection process, but the questions are very easy. They don't deliver on anything they say. I spent money on English lessons to prepare, I did numerous exercises on Hacker Rank, but I didn't even receive a topic explaining why I wouldn't proceed to the next stage.
What is the most challenging project you have ever faced?
