Process
First, I did a live coding session with 3 SQL challenges and 1 Python challenge. It wasn't too difficult, but there was little time. To prepare, do easy LeetCode challenges until you fully understand the best solutions.
Then, I completed 3 stages at once:
- A data modeling case (fitness app)
- A dashboard case
- A standard behavioral interview (Tell me about your biggest technical challenge, tell me about a time you had a conflict with a colleague, etc.)

Pros: I never thought I'd spend my own money to buy products with the company logo, but that's DoorDash. Hard not to become a fan.
Startup freedom and flexibility with the support and opportunities of a global big tech.
Cons: The health plan could be better to match other big techs, but I imagine it will improve with a larger number of employees.
