After these initial stages, there were supposed to be more steps, but I was not approved. Despite this, I believe I performed well. It seems they are looking for a candidate with flawless execution. If an interviewer points out an area for improvement in a design, especially something relevant to daily work, it can lead to rejection.
This type of interview feels like a waste of time and energy. If you are not currently employed, by all means, proceed. However, if you are employed, I advise you not to waste your time on this process. They appear to disregard all of your past experience.
