Pros: Very smart people, and I can learn a lot.
Cons: Constant change of priorities and multiple teams working on the same project or area, which causes duplication of work or confusion on who should be doing what.

Pros: DoorDash is setting up an arm of the company in Brazil, so there really is a mix between a very strong creation and expansion environment, combined with all the strength of the parent company in the US.
With this come very good challenges to work with and a set of exceptional professionals to bring this project to life.
The company is providing a lot of support for the growth of the office in Brazil, and the goal is to have 100% Brazilian teams taking care of important parts of the global operation.
The CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) + equity hiring generates a very high total compensation, probably in the 95th or even 99th percentile in Brazil.
Cons: As everything is still very incipient, there are things to improve:
* The office (at the moment we are in a WeWork room).
* The health plan (which is good, but could be better).
* More HR support (at the moment, the team from Mexico attends to us).
