Here is one super strange thing...
My strongest interview was the system design part. It was the only interview that I felt 150% positive about. The interviewer was a Senior Manager, and his last words to me were that I gave the best answer he had ever received and that he would recommend hiring me. Just like that.
When the recruiter called and told me that the team was very positive but my system design interview did not meet their standard, I was rather surprised.
