iOS Developer Interview Experience - Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico

August 1, 2022
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

I took the first technical round on a Friday.

On Monday, the recruiter told me we were moving forward to the next stage.

On Wednesday, I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter since I had no news about the next interview. She told me she was looking for another team because the position I was considered for had been filled on Monday.

If they already had a candidate on the final stage and with an offer (since it was closed on Monday), then why did they make me lose my time?

These kinds of companies have no concern about making us lose time, and they didn't even have the sense to let me know this on Monday; instead, she just let me wait.

Won't apply for this company again.
