The virtual onsite consisted of two rounds of design, with no Python or coding required. These were open-ended discussions where I was able to explain concepts in great detail. I even mentioned topics that the interviewers themselves were not aware of, such as Netflix's Zuul Architecture for managing pushes.

However, the interviewers were only a few months into their roles and seemed to lack extensive experience. They expected a single, definitive answer, which defeats the purpose of a design interview.

Regardless, if they did not wish to hire, that is fine. But when I asked for detailed feedback, I received no response. This has been a very poor experience for me.
