The interview process involved a 20-minute phone call with a recruiter, a take-home test, and a technical phone screen. I am giving this a negative experience because the technical phone screen, which was scheduled for one hour, only lasted 15 minutes.

The interviewer called 10-15 minutes late. The first 5 minutes were spent discussing my background and experience. The next 5 minutes focused on a small Python program, which I completed. The final 5 minutes were for any questions I had.

I was surprised that for a "technical phone screen," the actual technical portion lasted only 5 minutes. The next day, I received a rejection email.

I do not understand how one can judge a person's technical skills in 5 minutes. It felt as though the interviewer did not respect me, nor did he answer my questions about the role properly.

I would never apply here again.
