Communication with the recruiter was through email. There was a first-round tech interview, and I didn't make it to the second. It was a really poor interview style. Firstly, the recruiter was not informative at all and was not giving me enough information. Secondly, the very material that they say will be in the first-round interview is not in the interview. What's the point of the recruiter sending recommended resources and study material when they ask something completely different? How does that even make sense? They are wasting candidates' time as they are preparing for something they will not be asked about.

Recommendation: don't trust the prep guide/PDF sent to you, since DoorDash interviewers don't even follow it themselves, so it's pointless.
