I applied through a recruiter, and the process took four weeks. The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn.

The process consisted of:

• One coding round (Code Craft)
• A final round, which included Debugging, AI Code Craft (a new interview format where you use prompt engineering skills to solve a coding question), Behavioral with the hiring manager, and System Design + Domain Knowledge

I got rejected before the System Design interview, but they didn't inform me until the day after the interviewer didn't show up at the scheduled time. All my interviewers seemed very disengaged and low-energy compared to interviewers at other companies, including the hiring manager, so I wouldn't be confident accepting the offer even if I got one.
