The first part was the online assessment, where you had to solve two questions. I would say they were around the LC medium/easy range.
For the technical interview, I sat down with two engineers and solved a question with each of them. The questions were LC Hard.

Pros: Lots of important engineering work. The team was friendly. The company is growing really fast, so there is lots of room to make an impact.
Cons: Because of fast growth, it can be hard sometimes to keep up with the work. I put this as a con, but honestly, it should be expected at a company growing so much.
