Process
The process was a tech screening and a "Google round" as the on-site interview. The on-site interview included two LeetCode medium to hard problems, a resiliency-focused system design question, and a hiring manager round. Proving knowledge and experience with scale is a must. Recruiters are very helpful and manage questions and reschedules very well.
