Waste of time. An introductory recruiter call, which was normal, was followed by a one-hour tech screen. It involved a LeetCode hard recursion question that I answered correctly, but I was still rejected.
I didn't need hints, but the interviewer kept interjecting with advice. I usually entertain these interruptions, but they were almost intentionally making things more difficult.
They also seemed to suggest their culture involves engineers having little to no support from their managers, rephrasing it as "you get lots of autonomy here."
Bullet dodged, honestly.
