I had a recruiter screen, which was short and easy.
Following this, I had a technical screen.
The technical screen interviewer was nice, but I felt they asked a pretty difficult question for an initial phone screen. Anything goes for onsite, but a technical screen should be a little lighter, in my opinion.

Pros: Energetic coworkers, exciting space. You get to see a lot of different sides of a physical business, not just selling advertising space. Lots of opportunities for leadership for those who seek them.
Cons: Fratty. Young company with young execs who are clearly still figuring things out as they go. Less respect and autonomy than they advertise. Lots of rushing for no reason, awful work-life balance.
