Initial Tech Screen: This was with a Sr. Engineer at DoorDash, and I was asked a LeetCode-style question. The Sr. Engineer seemed super nice and spent time talking to me about the culture.
Despite solving the problem completely, I got an email from the recruiter stating they are not proceeding. DoorDash is known to be super volatile with their interview process.
