I went through a month-long interview process. The process focused more on the practical aspects of my niche within software engineering, which I appreciated. I can recall only one LeetCode question, and it was easy. The rest of the process was quite easy, in my opinion. After the onsite, I received a rejection with no feedback. The company should really provide feedback after such a long process.
I thought I did well, so perhaps they just found a candidate who was better. Overall, it was not a bad process. Everyone I spoke with treated me with respect, and that's more than I can say for other companies.
Would rather not disclose interview questions.
