Process
I had a phone screen with a recruiter. He used a lot of buzzwords but couldn't provide clear job requirements. He also seemed arrogant and repeatedly insisted on knowing my current salary, even though I explained I wasn't comfortable disclosing it. He then threatened to halt the process because of this. Shortly after the call, I was rejected without a reason.
