Their interview process is different. They don't ask Leetcode anymore. Their questions, I would say, are ambiguous. The code presented does not require any library. Coding questions are more like LLD questions. It allows them to ask follow-up questions to gauge your experience in real life. Though, it sucks because you don't know what success looks like. With the job market so bad, they, like many others, are window shopping, waiting for the 10x developer.
