Be ready to work really, really hard. Be ready to expect very little appreciation in return. Growth for people within the company is limited under the pretext of a high bar. Inclusivity is a joke. There definitely is a "bro gang" from the same company there that thrives, or counting a few others who are in the inner circle. All the OGs are gone, and the culture is definitely taking a dive.
