Good culture, moderate salary, bad RTO process
Enjoy working at the company overall. This department in particular seems to have a better culture than the experience I've heard from some others.
Compensation is about average; it could be better.

Compensation is about average, could be better.
Very bad RTO plan, which is about to leave many who have moved out of state in the past 3 years out of a job, regardless of whether they got management approval for their move or not. Little to no options are available to those who have worked remote for 3+ years to remain remote.
