Bloated IPO, bad team management, lack of diversity, and lack of passion
Some people are nice and made some great friendships here. But most of the people who came from Amazon brought bad culture with them.
Bad team management. Lack of diversity and inclusion. Folks are just there till their money vests.
It's a sinking ship, which will be apparent in a few years' time.
