Four rounds of technical interviews. Each round was technical, except the last one, which was managerial. They asked implementation questions and OOP questions, but no coding questions. The task was to write code, not to execute it.

The first round involves analyzing the causes behind long Dasher wait times and proposing data-driven solutions to reduce delays. The second round focuses on designing effective metrics to evaluate Dasher performance comprehensively.

Interviewers are all very nice. First, an OA, then a 4-hour interview consisting of a projects deep dive, system design, and sit-down coding. All the interviewers are supportive and very patient.
