• Remote work from home
• No vesting period on RSUs

• No career growth in sight. Have gone through 4 different managers.
• One manager was let go before the yearly review and was given low-performance reviews out of the blue in order to not give a pay raise.
• Managers suck. They literally don't do anything but push aggressive timelines on you and manipulate you into saying yes all the time.
• They also want you to prepare all the docs that they should be preparing. They literally don't do any work but act as a middleman between higher-ups.
• Initially joined with 3 engineers and now down to me handling the workload of 3 and still no promotions.
• Professionally toxic!
• If you are not an E5, you have 3 years to get there from E4 to E5. If not, you are fired.

Here's one suggestion: remove the 3-year lift for E4 to become E5. If not, they are fired.
