Since the last layoffs, the company has been pushing policies that limit the flexibility of WLB.

"Let's work more with fewer people."

Stocks plunged.

"You want to be fully remote? No worries, we will limit your TC and benefits because your location affects your impact."

"Oh, your Intel Mac is slow? Just wait 4 years for a refresh."

Inflation was 8%? We will give you a 5% raise.

Advice to Management

Read people's reviews and do something about it. There are 2-year-old reviews and things haven't changed a thing.
