I was able to join before the IPO. Although the stock dipped for a few years, it is back up to where we started. I'm optimistic that the market cap can continue to grow.
As the company has grown, it is no longer as agile as it used to be. Sometimes for good reason, to avoid large losses in revenue, but sometimes for no good reason, as when a solution is available but not adopted by development teams due to conflicting priorities and timelines.
Flatten the organization, as it is getting too deep with VPs, Senior Directors, Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers. Push and enforce standards, and eliminate redundant teams.
