Good, but not as good as it was a year ago
Energetic coworkers, exciting space. You get to see a lot of different sides of a physical business, not just selling advertising space. Lots of opportunities for leadership for those who seek them.
Fratty. Young company with young execs who are clearly still figuring things out as they go. Less respect and autonomy than they advertise. Lots of rushing for no reason, awful work-life balance.
