DoorDash is growing fast, either in company size or in its business. Things are moving fast too.
The company and teammates encourage a culture of giving feedback on everything and on product ownership. Working hours are flexible. You decide what to do and when to do it, as long as teammates are positive on these contributions. You will want to run fast because everyone around you is fast.
The internal infrastructure toolchains are pretty good too. With them, you can have development environments within 1-2 days. You will contribute right after joining the company without suffering from configuration delays.
Benefits are very good too.
Too many things to do, and almost everything needs negotiation. Sometimes there are many context switches in one day. It's not really a con but evidence the company is growing and needing more workforce. It just requires more effort from you to prioritize things.

Typical LeetCode interview experience with some practical elements. It involved multiple rounds: * Online Assessment (OA) * HR interview * Three back-to-back interview rounds (two technical, one culture fit). I would interview there again.
