Mostly good people, interesting challenges in my org, pay is very good, stock going up, up, up.
Some of the PMs really suck and need to be let go. Some orgs are better than others. Lots of people are overworked.

Recruiter round, HM round, Team Building round with other eng manager, System Design Round. All remote. Did not pass the last round(s), so cannot describe further rounds that might have been required.

The recruiter did not call at the scheduled time. There was no response on follow-up emails. Why? At least have professional courtesy if not interested or if the position is eliminated. Very bad experience. I will never use DoorDash.
