Interviewer was late and seemed unprepared.
They were distracted throughout our conversation, and I had to keep reminding them to answer my questions.
The questions they asked were too basic for a lead role. It made me question how the company assesses advanced skills for high-level positions.
Overall, the interview process lacked the professionalism and thoroughness you'd expect for a senior+ level job.
