Pretty bad experience. They didn't even have the courtesy to send out a rejection email after an onsite interview.
I was reached out by a recruiter on LinkedIn. After the HR round, he scheduled my interview with the hiring manager and then a virtual onsite of 3 hours with 4 people on the team. The recruiter was initially nice, though. After the final round, they ghosted me. Even when I sent out emails to follow up on the status, I never got any response back, and it's been more than 8 months.
