Their interview process starts with an HR Call. She gave all the details about DraftKings and was very helpful throughout the process.
2nd Round: A technical challenge in HackerRank.
3rd Round: A pair programming challenge with an onsite engineer (US). The question was regarding DraftKings validation and contained 6 rules to be solved.
I solved all 6 rules correctly, and the developer on the other side also praised certain scenarios that I added. However, I received a rejection email saying there are better candidates at the moment, without giving any issues they had with my interview.
If you don't want to hire, please do not schedule an interview and waste others' time. If someone has solved all your problems, then you should give proper reasons why that candidate was rejected.
I wasted around 2-3 days on this.
