Recruiter felt there might be a couple of opportunities and said he would schedule follow-up with hiring manager(s).

Asked about compensation and questions about the company. Asked if they had plans to use DLT. No one ever asked that before.

Seemed like a nice guy.

Problem is he never got back to me. I emailed a couple of times.

Pretty unprofessional to say you are scheduling something and to not even respond ever!

Guess I didn't get the job.

Seemed like a good company, hopefully, it's better than their process.
