The first day onboarding/orientation experience is great at DraftKings. The onboarding took pretty much an entire day. I was immersed into the company culture, its history, and vision. I also had a session with the IT team to set up the company-provided laptop. I'm pretty happy with how the onboarding went for me. It's truly world-class.
The info received during onboarding is heavily tailored towards US employees. It would be great to consider employees from other countries as well, such as Canada.
