Young, dynamic environment. They take good care of their employees, with interesting technical issues and state-of-the-art technology (using C# though).
Going through a rough patch now with all the controversy, lawsuits, and unknown future. Grew very fast, so there is now overemphasis on process (will get better over time though). Long hours (problematic if you have kids and family), weekend support during NFL season, and on-call overnight one week a month.
So far, doing great. Some mistakes were made early on, but that is expected: young management, new domain, had to draw fire. Play down the $mil maker and put more emphasis on people having fun and engaging with sports; go international as soon as possible!
Awful. The technical recruitment manager was unpleasant and unresponsive throughout the whole experience. He said I'd hear back about an onsite interview the day after my initial phone screen and then proceeded to disappear for 3 weeks without answer
Got a call from the recruiter explaining the interview process. There are 2 rounds: technical and LLD type. In the technical round, they ask 4 questions, and they want all of them to be correct; otherwise, you are not proceeding to the next round.
This interview is a live coding interview. There are no behavioral questions; it involves only talking through your solution to the problem. There are four test cases that need to be covered with your solution.
