Young, fast-paced, and growing at a ridiculous rate. A collaborative work environment with a high level of expectations for results. Agile development with rapid release cycles. An amazingly fun work environment.
Speed has its detriments. When demand for ridiculous growth is in order, shortcuts need to be taken. We are also highly at the mercy of pro sports seasons for deadlines, which are extremely inflexible.
Stay hungry and pursue the exorbitant level of growth in the market. Keep an eye open for long-term trends and regulation, but above all, plan for continued success.
