Had a lot of fun, and it was a very collaborative experience. It seemed like a very mature process in terms of hiring and onboarding. The promotion process seemed a little much, but it didn't leave room for questioning any promotion.
Coming from a button-up corporate culture, it was definitely a culture shock when joining. But I say that as a good thing. Very relaxed, but focused. Extremely work-life balanced. Taking time to myself was very encouraged, whether it was a daily walk/me time or extended vacations. They treated me like an adult; as long as my work was accomplished, they trusted me with my time. They have a lot of brilliant people there, which can be intimidating, but very educational too.
There's not much cons. I disagreed with certain business decisions, but felt included in discussions.
The main one is just the industry itself. I was fine with it, but it can weigh on you if you think too hard about it.
