Good company. Attractive salary. Different tools and interesting projects.
There are one to two departments that don't give a chance for career development, and the work there is a bit boring.
The interview went smoothly. The interviewers were very polite. There were a lot of theoretical questions and two practical questions. One was similar to the easier tasks in HackerRank, and the other one was related to OOP.
3-step process: 1. General tech knowledge interview 2. Pair programming interview 3. Team mechanics interview The interviews were calm and had well-structured questions. The process was quick and without extra steps.
HR call, technical interview with the team lead. Questions were generic and covered a variety of topics, but not in depth. The feedback provided afterward was very sparse, and the HR mumbled some things. I would have liked to get specific feedback. T
