A healthy work environment with emphasis on work-life balance.
Excellent quality of work, with multiple open-source as well as licensed tools in place.
Cons: With a virtual-first policy, there is a little chance of in-person daily office work, but this is offset by regular offsites and team meetups.
Due to its smaller size compared to FAANG companies, there isn't a lot of scope for changing teams (at least in the DE space).
