Pros: I just relocated from the west coast to the east coast, and the process was frictionless.
My team is already diverse in time zones, so my relocation doesn't impact my workflow.
The virtual-first policy gives me the freedom to choose where I want to live my life, which I greatly appreciate.
Cons: Not the most exciting business, which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it.
