Cons: The focus on Dash and AI products is interesting to say the least. It could work out, but seeing all the layoffs and reorgs year after year feels demoralizing.

Cons: Too Many Re-orgs. In my short tenure, there were constant changes and no stability.
No clear direction on what your job entails from QA leadership. No thoughtfulness around who to hire in what position.
They laid off tons of minorities in the last layoff. From my team, only minority women were laid off.
