Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Indianapolis, Indiana
Process
I saw a posting on LinkedIn and applied through the Dropbox website.
It took a few weeks before I received an email wishing to continue the process.
I was given a CodeSignal question to complete within two weeks. I completed it at the start of week two and heard nothing back for about two weeks (the original email stated a 48-hour turnaround).
Once I received word that they still wanted to continue, I was told I had to wait even longer before they finalized headcount and I could interview.
I received an offer from another company after that call and heard nothing back from the recruiter when I notified them about the timeline change.
Due to the lack of feedback, I withdrew my application and accepted the other offer.
This was by far the worst recruiter experience I have had so far.
