Process
I applied through the university career fair, and subsequently received a coding challenge the next day, followed by an on-campus interview. Unfortunately, I did not receive an onsite interview. The entire process was very fast, and the interviewer was very nice.

Pros: Dropbox makes #1 on my list of all-time favorite places to work.
The company's core values are exemplified from the top down, which is felt at the direct manager level.
Career growth opportunities are off the chart. I've gained 10x experience working here and have been afforded the ability to work across multiple teams on many surfaces that interest me.
Work-life balance is great, and the virtual-first mode of work works super well for the business and employees.
Overall, an amazing place to work.
Cons: Sometimes, asynchronous work and the virtual nature of the job can lead to more hours spent actually working. Of course, this comes down to employee choice and personality type, but there are many ways in which managers encourage breaks and time off.
