Recruiter interview followed by a 90-minute CodeSignal online assessment. The online assessment was not designed for 90 minutes. To make matters worse, the automatic unit tests had invalid inputs, but the problem description did not specify how to handle them. Therefore, I had to engage in a try-and-error game with the tool. I attempted to bring up the issue with the recruiter, but I was ghosted.

Pros: Great benefits, great people, great food.
The work is interesting to do, and the Tuckshop is the best food I've had.
Cons: It's in San Francisco. The Caltrain is bad on its best days and unusable whenever an accident occurs, which seems to be at least once a week since the start of 2015.

Pros: Like many other "boomerangs", I left Dropbox and then decided to return after working elsewhere. Dropbox can't be beat when it comes to:
* ability to work remotely from almost anywhere
* flexible work hours + solid work-life balance
* paid time off and extended paternity/maternity leave
* compensation
* majority of coworkers are good people who are easy to work with
* I respect the majority of engineers' ability to do their job well
* management doesn't do evil stuff
Cons: Product churn can be an issue, so product teams tend to get reorganized every 6 months to a year. The stock has been pretty much flat since the IPO. Interview questions are hard to pass.
