OA -> HR -> 2 technical interviews.
Quite a nice experience overall, but answers for the interviews were checked in comparison to some internal answer sheet. Both the first and second technical interviews didn't leave anything to critical thinking or imagination, rather they focused on whether you came up with the desired solution or not. It felt like the "LeetCode brainrot" was required. The process was fast to reject, and the availability of feedback for rejection made it a quite professional experience. Still, I'm not really satisfied with the questions' choice and how the grading went.
One similar to OA, another LeetCode medium.
