Process
The process was pretty standard, but the person conducting my phone screen was very difficult to understand. When I asked clarifying questions, the responses were not helpful. If anything, they sent me down paths I had already indicated were likely not ideal. Your mileage may vary, but it feels like a roll of the dice.
Questions
Write code to track hits for a web server. Implement methods to track a hit as well as one to return the hit count for the last 5 minutes.

Awesome remote company!

Pros: - Remote, so can work from pretty much anywhere.
- Awesome work-life balance and flexible hours.
- Interesting roadmap and new products.
- Smart, kind, and collaborative coworkers. Not like other places I’ve been where people compete against each other. We have a common goal we’re trying to reach.
- High pay.
- Nice benefits (like a $7000 yearly perks allowance that you can use on pretty much anything – gym, home office, groceries, restaurants, etc.).
- Employee-first mindset.
Cons: Entirely remote, so if you don't like that, you probably won't like Dropbox. Personally, I was hesitant at first but love it now, but I know some people prefer hybrid.
The company seems to have slowed down a bit with some upper management churn. They seem to have a clear, multi-product vision we're working towards, but only time will tell.

Pros: Best WLB I've seen, friendly coworkers, and fun events!
Cons: Unless you live near a studio, there is not much opportunity for face-to-face interaction.
