The whole process is painful. It started with a mini-loop, then a full loop on-site. After that, I was asked to do a take-home assignment.

Pros: - Very, very smart people (best engineering team in the valley!)
- Lots of opportunity to improve the product
- Very good at reacting quickly and nimbly to changes in market dynamics, etc.
Cons: - Growing this fast incurs a lot of growing pains (systems consistently break and then you have to fix them).
- At times our focus is a little scattered.

Nice people to work with and learn from; most of them are super creative.
Good compensation and benefits.
Cons: Sometimes shifting focus lacks support data or research, and may bring in temporary unbalanced work versus life.

Pros: I love the people. My manager is awesome. Amazing, 5-star food every day is nice, too.
Cons: can be a bit chaotic. It still feels like a fast-moving culture despite the size, but this can make you miss the stability.
